SoftScript: Recent change to Glyph manual - How to send doc when completed in Word?

I need help please!! I begin training on Monday with MedQuist. I am running Vista 64-bit and was told to reference pages 59-60 in the DocQscribe manual on how to download DocQscribe. I do not have a manual and obviously will not have one before training begins. I searched and searched the archives and really found nothing of help.
