...has a good reputation; they follow HIPAA guidelines VERY strictly; their trainer is an insufferable micromanager, totally lacking in people skills...IMHO.

I was just hired with SOAP last week. Sarah is awesome and so easy to talk to. After a few minutes, you'll feel like your old pals! :)

We were on the phone for nearly two hours. And yes, after a few minutes I felt like we have known each other forever. I have prayed and prayed for this day to arrive and it has. I will continue to pray for all those still looking. Off to get a monitor :)

I have over 15 years of experience in this field. Tested with SOAP just to be told I am not a "good fit". Is anyone else out there tired of taking the ridiculous tests and questionaires? And when you are a "fit" somewhere its at 6 cpl. Seriously? They want all our expertise, we pay for equipment, and now have to be IT specialists. Does anyone know of a decent company out there anymore? ...

I've looked through the archives here and I'm not finding any current information on SOAP Transcription. Does anyone have any recent info for me on the company? Are they a good company to work for? What is their pay like? I read on their website that they hire someone with a Learntranscription.com certificate or a certificate from any accredited AHDI affiliation. Is that a must to get hired there? I don't have any certifications, but I have quite a bit of experience. ...
