Read the contract carefully. Poorly managed by people who think they don't have to be accountable. At least that was my experience.

They pay on a tiered pay scale, which is awful. When there is no work, you get paid less, which is WRONG. They had a CMT bonus of $500 with standard payment half at 90 days and then the other half later. Their medical benefits were to be given at 90 days too. Most other companies have you work your way up to a suitable level of work during the 90-day probationary period and then after you put in the time, you get the benfits and/or CMT bonus. No problem. With EtransPlus, when you inquire about the bonus and medical coverage around 90 days, you are then told (surprise!) that you had to have the top quota line count for the entire 90 days, even though you were training and knew nothing. How WRONG is that? The people are very nice and HR, payroll, and IT will help you any time, but ask the wrong questions about your accounts, who does what, and nobody will tell you from the transcription management side of it. Their Acuity system has long demographic requirements that are very slow and some of the voice files are awful, but not all. They only have one ExText account left. They had 2 until a month ago.

Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.). I'm a bit worried that your benefits hinge on getting your required lines in each pay period. KS seems to be getting lower and lower in the popularity with emplooyees test. I worked for them once but left for the reasons everyone is talking about. There was no communication.
