When they count lines, do the VR lines count the same as the transcribed lines?

Also ... are there ever chances to make a bonus or an incentive or maybe OT on certain accounts?

Also ... what do they pay you for your PTO - is an average of what you usually make per hour, or is it a flat rate?

One more ... if anyone is on the Escription account that is behind right now, how do you like it?

Yes, the VR lines are counted the same as teh transcribed lines.

I have had overtime on another account, but I've only been on this one about a month.

The PTO is a flat rate.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Escription account. We were behind for a few days but not anymore; it is just a really busy account. It just became a full outsource last week. Before that, there was another company in there with us for the first 2 months. I was told that there is more work than we were told, and that they were going to add another 3 or 4 people. This is their first escription account, but I had worked on it with another MTSO a few years ago. I really like the platform and I can get a great line count.

The ER reports are a bit of a pain because there are two parts to them, but it's not bad, and that's my only account. Before this account, I was on a clinic account that is going to epic, so I was happy for a busy account.

My company of 11 years was bought out by Nuance. Not thrilled about this after all the negative comments on here. Starting in December we are going to their Web Clock for keeping time. Our hospital is losing a lot of coders to services. I don't know which ones, might be the same, might be different. My question is, are these services kind of like MT services where you work for a national company and get a particular hospital to do their coding and get crappy benefits if any?
