Can someone who works for Keystrokes give a - sm

step-by-step way to transcribe in chartnet? I just started, could not get my foot pedal to work, thought it was working and it is not. I hit the F1 and I put the code in for my account, but nothing happens. No job loads. I already put a ticket in, but hate to call them back again.

Is the pool possibly empty? Not at KS, but have - used Chartnet.

the problem was solved, but I just thought maybe I was doing it some wrong way because there are jobs there, but for whatever reason I guess they are not loading. They did not give any instructions on the step-by-step way to get jobs, just after they are loaded so I was hoping someone here could tell me if I was doing something wrong.

Loading ChartNet jobs - SeasonedMT

On the Voice Client screen, go to the top bar where it says "Request", then go to "Request using new filter" and put in the site code for the facility you wish to transcribe, then click "Ok." You should then see the jobs loading for you. Hope that helps. :)
