Let me get this right:
1. We are 8 business days from the beginning of crazy work.
2. We are out of TAT a lot now, client unhappy.
3. You want us to widdle down our saved time off to just 2 days; there are 30 biz days left to end of year.
4. You want roll-over time (only up to 16 hours) to be used by 03/31/2015.
5. Many of us are plannning vacations, thus coverage for pissed off acounts will be even less.
6. Many of us are very very concerned with any mergers/buy-out. NEVER, in my work history, has this EVER been a good thing. Always BAD! Even for supervisors/management.
7. Transition has been horrible, so many looking for new work/polishing up resumes.
8. Docs not practicing any better verbal hygiene, and are going faster due to rise in patients now who are slamming them with appointments because of holidays.
9. No benefit increase, as a matter of fact a few personal monthly bills went up.
10. Email a joke now at Imedx India
11. (Did I mention India? yet), not exactly reassuring there either.
12. I highly doubt anything special coming from Imedx in recognition of a great? year, so once again we get looked over.
13. The most bizarre career I have ever worked. Absolutely bizarre. A lot of head shaking when I tell friends.
14. Me? I think I'll immigrate to Mexico and get better health/work benefits. I like siesta's in the middle of the day too. I can't think of a more un-regulated industry. I routinely do not eat lunch, or get something cold in the fridge and eat left overs, and work well past supper time. This job has changed me, and I do not like it. I am dreaming of the guaranteed $12 or $15 or $20 per hour set earning at a company 5 miles from my home.
15. What is it with us MTs, we are an interesting lot.
