Does anyone have experience with going out on short-term disability for a medical procedure while employed by ImedX? Curious if you came back to the same schedule you went out with, if you came back at all, and how many hoops you had to jump through with HR? I've heard of at least one person who was let go for this reason, but I believe that is an illegal practice.
