I think Synernet is starting to come out of their - MT

tail spin. Their stats are good on VR and they actually called off OT on Sat this week because of less work. Can't say I like VR yet, but seems the pools are getting better. Maybe the worst is past and we are going to go back up again. Lots of work, so can't complain. Still not getting the lines they promised with VR, but willing to keep at it if they don't push too hard. They've been a lot better at thanking and asking too. I think things are looking up. Could change tomorrow, but then any of them could. Guess the pay check will be the deciding factor. Just glad to see improvement finally.

Absolutely only issue I have with Synernet is their poor choice sm - Just another SMT

in an SR program. This is perhaps the worst system I have ever used. I do not mind the overtime and I do not expect thank yous for doing the job I was hired to do, but I DO expect to be given the proper tools. Anyone who has used any other kind of SR software knows this is not the way it has to be.

strikes. I don't send much to QA, so this probably does not even apply, but I still get angry when I see those e-mails. Who determines what can be easily heard? In the old days sitting in an office, we'd often listen for each other and what one could get right off the bat, someone else might not. We have to deal with low pay, substandard VR and those pay rates, and then get clubbed over the head if QA actually has to do something.

They could at least give us some time to learn the new doctors. I have had new doctors almost every note for the last 3 months. Still do. Mostly ESL. I don't send much to QA, but when I do, I have "exhausted" all other means before sending. I hate to send to QA. I am on production though. VR is a big, big, joke. It does not do anything. Never saw such a bad platform. I knew they would push. They still have not taken off the 6 hours mandatory OT either. All summer, really? Really getting impossible. New doctors and accounts slow you down, VR slows you down, OT takes all your free time; and all this for the low wage they are paying and will pay for VR. Never thought they would do this sort of thing. Really disappointed in them. Really thought that QA email was ill-timed. Then the threats of "termination." Do they really not understand why QA pending has increased lately? Can they really afford to "terminate" people who are sincerely trying in a very difficult situation? Guess so.

And they wonder why we do not want to send to QA - sm
