OMG! I finally heard back from Synernet! They want to speak with me. It has been approximately 2 weeks since I tested with them. That is crazy. Wish me luck

Do you think the hiring process is a 30-second process? As you can see from reading here, you weren't the only one who applied and that's just from this site. Two weeks is nothing. Chill out and give them a break from all the whining about them not getting back to people.

It just amazes me that people think because they send in a resume there should be an immediate response as if the people hiring aren't receiving multiple resumes besides dealing with the every-day portion of their jobs.

I didn't hear happy at all, I heard whining. Must just be my ears.

There is a protocol when dealing with submissions of a resume the least of which is you following up to see if your resume was received. The constant I sent my resume and heard nothing just begins to wear thin

Yes. Excuse me for being excited. I was concerned about not hearing from them, but just felt that was the way it was going to be. Then they contacted me and that was surprising.

Oh man I don't want to get my hopes up but I submitted my application the other day and today was asked to do the online "organizational fit assessment." You would think they would have the decency to say either you passed the test or failed, or that we are no longer hiring and thank you for applying. Breitner's test was through MTTEST and I made it all the way to the practical part transcription test and feel I did very good. The UnitedTranscription test was on their website, and I believe I did good also. ...

They had said to try to take the test before the weekend so that they would have a chance to look at them and that they would get back to us immediately if we didn't pass the test. Hello, I would like to transcribe from home again. However, I HAVE to get up and walk for a few minutes at least once an hour. You see, I had to have 2 back surgeries in the last 18 months. I've been a transcriptionist for many years and this is my profession. Does anyone have a suggestion what to tell these companies that will hire you to work from home when you have to get up so much?
