Have any of you heard back from them after "applying?" I even phoned them a couple of times and just got answering machine. Their website has the phone number transposed but is correct (supposedly not a sham place) in their posting here on MTSTARS.

You posted on a Saturday. I am sure they are not responding yet to resumes sent over the weekend. Might want to see if you hear anything by Wednesday or Thursday.

morning, along with at least 1000 other MTs. It is still the weekend, and I am relatively positive that they have not looked at any of the resumes sent, including yours. I would not even expect to hear anything for at least a month. They are not just sitting there waiting for just one resume to come in. With all of the people out of work, you are up against a lot of competition. Patience. and don't expect so much. They are busy, as well, and have a business to run, aside from looking at resumes. I know that a lot of you are out of work and hoping for a quick replacement, but that does not happen these days. I am just hearing back now from resumes I put out three months ago, so don't give up. just be patient.

The ad was for a part time urology transcriptionist (which I have six years of experience in), and I guess I at least expected an e mail back. Oh man I don't want to get my hopes up but I submitted my application the other day and today was asked to do the online "organizational fit assessment." I don't know if I answered the questions correctly but I did the best I could. So we'll see. You would think they would have the decency to say either you passed the test or failed, or that we are no longer hiring and thank you for applying. Breitner's test was through MTTEST and I made it all the way to the practical part transcription test and feel I did very good. The UnitedTranscription test was on their website, and I believe I did good also. ...

They had said to try to take the test before the weekend so that they would have a chance to look at them and that they would get back to us immediately if we didn't pass the test. They also said they would be setting up interviews on Monday. Today is Wed. and still haven't heard anything. Just wondering if anyone else has heard back from them. Thanks ! ...

Didja see the MT proficiency report? I'm surprised we're not forced to sit on digital pads to record minutes out of chair and weight change during the day. Now, why the hell isn't there a proficiency report on the physicians? Minutes per report, how much voice recognition was invalid. We should get combat pay for doing some of these guys who obviously had their lips sewn shut. MM collects data on everything else... ...
