Has anyone tested with M&D Scribing and heard back? Cant find any info on them. nm - always looking

Also goes by MND Scribers. Claims to be in Iowa, but no information found. Always looking for podiatry help. She does not and will not use a contract, just uses "word of mouth and trust" she says. Her email is always "down" so communication is POOR. Past posts say she did not pay on time or the correct amount. Keep looking.... good luck.

They said I did "fairly well." They said they would pick the top 5 contenders and have them take another test. After reading all this, I think I'll pass. Is this the same company that used to post ads saying that you had to have Doc Shuttle? The co. name is ringing some bells for some reason.

I find it odd that they would have to get the tope 5 contenders to retest. Why not just choose the one that did the best on the test and hire that person? It sounds like they are just getting some free work done by using the MTs here. Scam artists if you ask me!!

I found it odd when I "tested" that it was a patient from that day. I think I just did their work for them.

All of us testing are getting their work done. We all here you did well, blah, blah, blah - then nada, zip! From now on I am going to stick with the Nationals if looking. Right now I'm going to just stay where I'm at and go to Wal-Mart or McDonald's.

Thank goodness for this board! I was going to apply because I like podiatry. So glad I was saved another fleecing test. I have done more than my share.

It seems like all I did in 2009 was test, test, test. I know I did well because I rechecked everything and I'm not a newbie. I feel my confidence running...away...from...me...

yep, same email, that I could be "a great fit for this dictator," but that it was very close between 2 others and me, so they sent me more files to type, then received email that I would not be a "good fit for this particular doctor," who by the way was a horrendous dictator and horrible voice file quality! I had no idea that there was a term for it - fleecing - who knew.

I feel a little better, but still very stupid, that I allowed myself to get taken like this. Nice to know there are others out there who are trusting like me. I think I have learned a valuable lesson. If it is a recent dictation, you have been had.

You would think they would have the decency to say either you passed the test or failed, or that we are no longer hiring and thank you for applying. Breitner's test was through MTTEST and I made it all the way to the practical part transcription test and feel I did very good. The UnitedTranscription test was on their website, and I believe I did good also. ...

They had said to try to take the test before the weekend so that they would have a chance to look at them and that they would get back to us immediately if we didn't pass the test.
