If you want a company that requires mandatory OT, then - managers freak out and overhire and you
[ In Reply To ..]run out of work, managers who switch you around on at least 4 accounts while others do your primary leaving you to earn a lot less, managers who play favorites with certain people so that they never lose income or lines and only do a couple of their favorite worktypes and get praised for exceeding line expectations while others can't make lines, managers who can't keep work in TAT and put everybody on 1 account until it's caught up while the other accounts go farther out of TAT and then blame you for not working OT, by all means jump into the frying pan.

Precyse is a terrible place to work and I actually had to laugh about the poster talking about the mandatory overtime, etc., because that is EXACTLY what it's like there. Not to mention all the best work going to India, people getting fired for no apparent reason, constant turnover of managers, terrible dictators, horrendous sound quality, having work from an account that you've never, ever worked on suddenly appear on your screen and then having to find the Master File so you can figure out the proper way to do this one crummy job, having your every move timed so that you're afraid to take a bathroom break...well I guess I could just go on and on and on! My advice: There's plenty of companies out there. Pass Precyse by.

I was just wondering what is happening at Precyse. I left Precyse last month after they sent my fourth account over to India, and there was no work. Management kept telling us to be patient and just use PTO, but we had not really had any work for months and had already used up most of the PTO.
