Wondering if there are any current Archivus MTs here that would be willing to share their experience; specifically hoping to find out if the work flow is steady, but any information would be helpful. You can email me if you would prefer. TIA!

They may be stable in that they are owned by a larger company. I quit after months of frustration regarding unreturned phone calls and emails, and regularly running out of work. I suspect they must have lost some business here recently. It amazes me how they (and many MTSOs) only communicate with the MTs when it is to demand more work but don't find it reasonable to return calls/emails. Good luck with it if you take that job, but I bet you'll be back here soon repeating this same message.

What makes you say they have lost some business recently? Just curious - as that is a red flag for me

previous own started a new company (Transportal) and has nothing to do with the Archivus any longer. When I worked there, the work ran out a lot. I am still in touch with others who work there on clinic and the work is low. One friend has been experiencing this right now and only getting around 800-1200 lines if lucky (for this week) on clinic work. The main supervisor they have now is hard to connect with. She doesn't answer e-mails.

When I worked there, they called me an IC, but treated me like an employee, required 1200 lines per day, etc. Management was demanding, not helpful, platform was not compatible with my expander. So, I didn't work for them for long.

Does this company hire and then after a quarterly review have QA pick your work apart and then tell you they can either terminate your contract or cut your pay. Understand this has happened to more than one person. Has anyone experienced this. They told me I was doing awesome work, not they picked the work after and then tell me that in 2 weeks my contract will either be terminated or will have a reduced line rate. This makes no sense. For the last couple of weeks it's becoming quite a pattern for them telling us not to log on and work until they give the okay with no explanation except that it's per the facility, usually ending up missing one or more days of work.
