Any current info on Archivus??? - confused MT

The usual...steady workload, reasonable pay, management treat MTs with respect, etc. I haven't seen much info recently. Any info appreciated!

No steady work (regularly run out), pay is average to below average, and management is awful. Many phone calls and emails never get returned...only when they need you to do something for them.

My experience here currently is different from MT222 - but we obviously are on different accounts. Yes, the pay is just average. Yes, the communication is minimal.

The account I am on has a lot of work constantly (but also complicated, detailed account specs, multiple rules, and not-MT-friendly platform). It took a long time - with no training pay - to get my line counts up to FT level. They leave me alone to work. I just do my minimum, and I can work whatever hours I want.

When I was interviewed the pay rate for PT was 1c less than FT (700-1200 PT, 1200 and up FT).

I think they are a good company, but it all depends on if you end up on an account that is a good fit for you and actually has enough work (like anywhere).

Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.).
