Any scoop on Teletrak? Pay on time, plenty of work, flexible schedules? Any input you have would be greatly appreciated!

If you don't mind making $7.25 an hour and working - Teletraker who is tele-broker

very hard to get that much. The $7.25 an hour I could live with, but the work it takes to make even that much is a killer. The pokey dictators, the many fields of terminology, the endless account specifics. This is for the main account that I work on, you may get a better one. I have a secondary account that is easier but it's not every day. But they are flexible with hours and they do have good support and pay is always on time in my bank account and that is why I put up with the very low pay, which by the way is low also because they do VBC lines at .08 line.

I have searched the archives and have found mixed reviews on Teletrak. The biggest complaint that I see is about the tech support. Can you please tell me if this has improved (last post was months or possibly a year old). Just want to be sure my fellow MTs are well informed. If you apply at Teletrak, be prepared to be offered 8 cpl for 65 VBC line - this amounts to approximately 30% reduction in pay with the negative spaces. I used several old reports and figured line counts all ways and it was almost 30% less each time with VBC. I was told by the recruiter, "You'll probably have to work a few extra hours a day to make what you're used to, but in order to keep the client in a long-term ...

Good news and bad news. I just got off the phone with Mr. Young. He specializes in cases like mine, but only from an unemployment point-of-view, not class-action suits. He also charges $3500 to take on an individual unemployment case (sheesh might as well take my first-born). This is an except of an email that I received from the CEO of the company today. This was after I sent an email last week and things were "misconstrued" on their part. After reading this, I am of the opinion that while yes, they offer straight transcription at a "decent rate" by today's standards, it also explains to me why I was tearing my hair out on the dictators I had. I always think the docs must go nuts when they dictate Alzheimer's or Crohn's or Behcet's and see Alzheimer or Crohn or Behcet. Sometimes I think all of ADHI's rules and regs are just arbitrary.... Passed their test and was excited until I see they only pay 5-6.5 cents/line. Anybody here work for that? They also have Acusis India. ...
