Ignore the ugly posts; they appear to be from 2 or 3 people who have an ax to grind. Keystrokes would not be as big or successful as they are if they were horrible. MUCH better than anywhere else I have worked, and I have been everywhere! I have been with KS for 4 years, best move I ever made.

and many have had bad experiences and were not happy. sorry - goes both ways, no ax just logic

I worked for them last summer/fall for about 4 months until I landed my current better paying position. I had a good experience with them and had a wonderful supervisor. The platform is easy and I had minimal ESL. My experience was good, but I think it all depends on what acct and what type of supervisor you fall under.

Were you able to make money though? - sm

I just recently took a job that had good reviews on here, but I just can't make money here. It may be me, I don't know, but I just need some income.

Yes, I make money, more than at N or M. I have a lot of work on my account. sm - happy

I worked for them and found them to be extremely unorganized. I would get the same email requests from different parts of the company, had to beg for paperwork to apply for benefits, etc. It seemed one hand didn't know what the other was doing. I loved my account and liked the manager, problem was she quit on Thursday, the account ended on Friday, and they said they had no other accounts that didn't require the old phone line machine, even though they had an ad online at the same time saying they had many different platforms.

Have done an archive search but looking for more current info from people currently working or just stopped working at Keystrokes. What happened years ago really doesn't concern me because we all know how fast it changes in this business. Not trying to discount anyones opinion just want to make an informed decision based on current status of company. Pay on time? Meet quota? etc. ...

Need info on Freedom Type, Keystrokes or Diskriter. I live in Okla and worked for a local service until recently. They downsized and cut the transcription dept. I now have a job with Medquist but can't get any work through them. Like most, I need a paycheck, not just a job title. and QA dings me for one. Unbelievable. That's what it averages for 1400 lines a day full-time. Even with 3 cups of coffee and an office chair seat belt, it's no easy feat. Ninety-thousand keystrokes PER DAY. That's not including the ADT, the Internet look-ups, etc. Throw me a bone here, QA. How many keystrokes to you do, PERFECTLY?? ...
