AMPHION - Not what it's cracked up to be from reviews here - running on less than MT

Just wanted to give a heads up to anybody considering this company.  Even though they don't offshore, they are one of the worst bait-and-switcher MTSOs I've encountered. I was promised a non-overflow account by the talent acquisitions staff and then, once I actually started training, was moved to another account that at least had the work types I wanted.  But that was only overflow, so I got put on a secondary with specs so ridiculously different from my primary that I would have to constantly refer to the instructions every other night or so in order to comply with regs.  So, basically, I was lied to from the get-go.  

Not trying to break my arm patting myself on the back here, but they lost one of the best employees they would have had.  Since I'm a sloppy typist (partly due to the looseness of the keys on my ergo keyboard), I really have to proofread my stuff well before sending it in, so I'm not one of the super producers, but I do strive for as much quality as possible because of my concern for patient care, mainly.

Anyway, forewarned is forearmed.  Just wanted to counter some of the glowing reviews here after my experience with them.
