You should not waste your time looking for another MT job, especially remote. The pay is so low and the work sporadic and don't get me started on all the free work you have to do and horrible dictators. I would look for 2 or 3 prn positions and give that a try or caregiver work through an agency. Look into senior living places and apply for prn concierge. I got out of MT work due to all of the above and have a scheduled 2 night a week position and another prn position and I am so happy I finally got out. Even retail can be flexible.
Even if you are reluctant to try something else, do it and go from there.
