to a doctor's whim. Leaving the field to make a living. I'll miss my old career but won't miss a doctor's whim determining when I get off for the day or night. Long time ago we worked outside the home where there were set shifts, but no not these days. Also MTSOs know we are all desperate for work so they treat us like dirt and pay us pennies. Eight to nine times out of ten if you research an MTSO online before applying, they have Indians in leadership/ownership roles. It's not even worth getting out of bed to do anymore.
