am seeing more and more negative things. Just this morning, saw quite a few posts from experienced coders bashing it. One had over 5 years experience and said "coding in my opinion is the worst profession to go into for finding a job" due to them not having the "right" experience. Another said they had 28 years of experience in coding and no one will hire them for an HCC job because they don't have that specific experience, even though they can easily pass the HCC tests. Looking a bit grim.
