I'm not sure if you are one of the usual MT bashers or not....but your post is inaccurrate. This company pays a bit higher than others. Of course it's not what the industry used to be, but that is common at this point...so no surprises there. The owner is very nice.

Please check your facts before bashing companies. The industry as a whole pays less of course, but not all companies are bad. This is one of the better ones. I'm retired, but I did work for them and what you posted is not true. Again, please check facts.
