Everyone needs to decide what's best for them. You have no right to advise anyone for anything.
I got sick of the constant stress of worrying about losing an account, pay cuts, not finding another job, working to exhaustion from the feast/famine cycle of MT work, and the general decline every dam day of this job.
I retired early, got a little less money, but I work part time to make it up. My sanity and my health have recovered now. I'm doing fine. I'm not rolling in money, but I make it and am happy.
Retiring early was the best choice for me.
