I left WWD at the beginning of this year because of the pay issues and inconsistent/unreliable work volume. It sounds like things have only progressively worsened since I left. I don't see how they can keep anyone with this sort of continuous nonsense. Personally, I cannot afford to not know exactly when I will be paid. I've got a mortgage and car payment that need to be paid. While I was working there, it was damned near impossible to budget or plan anything since I never knew when my checks would show up. It's pretty pathetic that this is still going on even with direct deposit now in place. You would think that would put an end to all of these payroll problems and inconsistencies. I would strongly urge anyone still working there to get out as soon as possible.
