no openings for these companies. The last MT on this board that contacted me directly a few weeks back, was given the last opening. I trained her for a large portion of the work she is doing right now; she has done quite well. Although her training is basically over, she I still keep in regular contact; we have become quite good friends.

I have absolutely no problem at all if you want to keep in touch. I can let you know how things develop. You never know when someone may quit or an opening becomes available.

I understand exactly what you mean when you state sometimes things come across quite different on these boards.

Just for the heck of it, the highest paying company I do work for, posted here a while back; so, I looked at her old job post. There were massive negatives, and I mean massive negatives, and minimal positives.

She has turned out to be one of the best owner/operator/manager's I have ever worked with.
