I 100% agree with you and would be leary as well If I did not know and have worked for VIQ. VIQ is not a scam, but it is true they make you pay for the background check. So if that is not something you are willing to do then by all means you should not. I just did not want people thinking that this company was not legit and that they do not pay because they do.
