Yes, actually I do regret ever standing up for them, but went to bat the entire 2 years I worked there for the MTs to get better pay and no "penalties" because I always disagreed with them and still do. I left due to money as well and don't mind saying it. I am not going to go into the trash of it, but will just say I don't work for free and neither should anyone else! This job takes entirely too much SKILL to accept pennies on the dollar and then turn around and have it taken away for so-called "penalties" at anyone's discretion. I am sure once I left, all the old stuff I fought so hard to change went right back on the contract.
