They are owned by 2 Indian men (see their website about us page www.pennhealthinfo.com)and one owner lives in both India and US, the other lives in India. They are not a good company to work for at all. I worked there and the new manager they have does not know what she is doing (the previous one was great) but even she got tired of it and left), the QA is inconsistent to say the least, the pay is average but he will find reasons to dock your pay. Go with your gut feeling.
