Nuance accounts. I'm pretty sure pennhealth has Nuance accounts.
It doesn't really matter what management does, it all depends on Nuance. Currently, if the client doesn't like you, they turn in your user ID and you get kicked out of the account. It's as simple as that.
Most of these accounts these vendors have are poor dictators or 25-page specs and they all differ down to using "Patient" or "The patient," a comma between G1, P2 or not. It's almost comical.
If it is LL who left, good riddance. She's a mess. I don't know who the manager is now, but shouldn't matter.
Just really read the contract before you sign on, as there are lots of things they dock you for, so just be careful.
If you really want to work in VDI on Nuance accounts, try Precision. It's a way better company. Lots of work.
