You are only paid per talk minute, not hourly. They push sales hard, some of their methods are questionable, and you have a script but you are supposed to do anything to make a sale. Flexible schedules advertised as bait, but they want you on at certain times.

People have said you can sit for an hour and no calls = no money. You're also an IC, so pay your own taxes too. Kind of like IC MT that we're trying to get away from.
