So, we make the choice to listen all day along. Who do you sue?

Hearing loss is a disability but good luck trying to win a case. You have to be not working at all for at least a year due to your disability.

Now, there are hearing aides, headphone enhancers, etc. Then I think to myself, wouldn't it be the same for customer service reps listening through headphones all day from callers. Same difference. I guess maybe a CSR might have breaks in between. The only breaks we get are if we get up and walk away. There's almost always another report to edit.
