such as common knowledge of potential prospects they plan to contact. You would have no way of knowing future prospects, so that doesn't make sense that this contract bars you from reaching out to clinics or hospitals or other places. If it says "anyone they have ADDED to their company database, sales system or a prospect list..." then that means this business or client has already been added to a list.
