to rescind it; it states in the paperwork you are allowed to discuss it only with your spouse, tax preparation service or accountant.
I was told someone would call me regarding labels as well, but that call did not come. UPS showed up at my door to pick up the computer about a week later, with labels in hand, 1 for the computer, 1 for the monitor. I explained I hadn't even boxed it up as I was waiting for a phone call with instructions. He said not to worry, he could come back 2 more times. I told him it would be ready the next day. I still had the boxes they sent it in, well one of them anyway. I had to use a different box for the monitor, but UPS came back the next day, stuck the labels on the boxes and took them away.
