Assembly Bill 5 - broke Posted: Dec 9th, 2019 - 5:59 pm
Just read that they are trying to pass this bill in NJ (California just passed it) and it will change how employers classify independent contractors. I work as an IC for a doc's office and wondering if anyone is familiar with this bill and how it affects our industry. I'm a bit worried because I am very happy with my work situation and do not want to become an employee. Thanks for any info anyone can offer...
