which is code for "your work is now being sent to the Indian side of iMedX and you and your supervisors are no longer needed". The fewer domestic MTs, the fewer supervisors they need to handle them. The relatives stayed, the sorority from Amphion stayed and the pets stayed. They did advertise internally for the Australia account but not many jumped. I still have an "in" there and things are no better than they were a year ago. Bad management all around, no communication, they want the MTs to just sit down and type a few reports for their meager income and then they get slammed if they don't make minimum wage; kind of hard to do when the work constantly runs out and they aren't bringing in any new accounts...
