I have total respect for myself, which is why I will not continue to let companies offering 4 cpl as an IC rip me off and make me work a schedule, pay my own overhead, no paid time off, no health insurance.

As far as I am concerned, the MTs in this profession that accept those terms need to take a look in the mirror. I do not want to be hateful but I will stand up for myself.

I am taking the job. I do not care what others think. I was only giving my opinion to the OP since I did take the offer. She can take it or leave it. I do not care. I was just giving her my opinion.
