Lines are VBC, so takes longer to produce a "line" and they pay 0.05 less per line. Also, you might be doing Nuance work that they subcontract and will have to load their virtual network software on your computer, which is problem ridden. I once worked for TTS, and their management people can be difficult to deal with. Even paying your own payroll tax as an IC, I think you'd be better off at your IC job. I'll let others weigh in. As you can see I'm not a big fan of TTS or their so-called job offer to you.
