This is the OP and thanks for your replies. I came on here to get different points of view. I was looking for an employee job bc benefits over IC. However I am seeking opinions about the vbc pay bc I had not realized it was that much lower. At that pay I cannot afford insurance which makes the point of being an employee moot. So thanks for helping me think this through. The pay with vbc is just too low for me to leave my IC where I know I can pay bills. Thanks again everyone!
