as long as you get paid (eventually) there is no case against KS. LT knows this. Something needs to be done legally, maybe a class action suit such as the one done for not paying overtime. Someone needs to contact an attorney and get the ball rolling, then post on here all the information for the attorney for each employee to contact that attorney separately, LT will not know until it is time to go to court or is served with papers.
