Our facility is moving to Fluency Direct from Dragon. That can only mean eventually I will be out of a job and either transcription will be outsourced or cut completely. The writing is on the wall. I think all the work drying up is because most facilities are requiring/forcing their providers to do their own dictation or providers who can are retiring to get out of all the paperwork they have to do, which is sad.
