I also keep hearing about new accounts and even get the CP in email form, but have yet to see jobs from any "new accounts." I'm still seeing NJA every other job or so, and usually do have to add Work Availability on my timecard. PC and HDSM taking lots of time off - can't help but wonder if they've heard something about what's causing the drop off in work.
