As a company, they're going to keep doing whatever they feel is in their best interest. We've known for a long time now that there is no longer any job growth opportunity here, much less job security. I think more of us than ever are actively looking into better alternatives now and hearing lots of great success stories!! No real surprise they would send out a message like that. Just shows how much bigger the disconnect has become.
