Help...Keizer, PennHealth or Precision???? - I got offers

I have offers from all three - Keizer, PennHealth and Precision. All require VDI and all use escription, assuming Nuance. Not a problem. Just need info on best company to work for. All seem to pay the same except Precision which is 3 cpl, other two 4 cpl. Low but also not a problem. At this point I just need a job and need to decide by Monday.

Want nice people, plenty of work, and QA that won't penalize a comma out of place. Any info greatly appreciated. TIA.
