Maybe someone else has different information, but I believe PennHealth starts out at 2 cents a line. If they have changed that, then that is great! Keizer is good, on the Escription side. The other side is the devil, just saying. Maybe things have changed, but I doubt it. Precision paying 3 cents a line would be a "no" from me. It's hard enough to make a living on 4 cents a line. Just my opinion. Hope you get the answers you need!
