Most of the time a comma doesn't change the meaning to anything. You just end up with a lot of run-on sentences etc. I've done QA and auditing for the past 12 years. I am sure they would inform the MT if the comma was something serious. LOL Some of you have nothing better to do than be rude and over think things. Most people put commas where they don't belong. They are comma happy. In all of my years doing QA and auditing, I have never come across anyone who omitted or added a comma that changed the meaning to anything. Good Grief! No one is perfect or ever will be. We all make mistakes.
