I currently work for Precision. If you're looking for no nitpicking QA, Precision is one that does not do that and they help you. As far as know, no schedule required either. I think they like to know if you're interested in part-time or full-time but don't quote me on that. They are ultra-flexible though. They have a forum that is terrific for info and QA questions. Pay is on time if not early.
I worked for Keizer. They require a schedule and they also run out of work sometimes unless it has changed.
I have no experience with PennHealth so cannot comment.
