Yeah, there's that, too. We get points off for the MT's mistake if the report so much as touches our screen. We cannot full QA all reports. We, too, have a production requirement (mine is x-amount of reports per hour), so we'll fall short of that if we full QA every single report the MTs send.
I feel bad for everyone, but unless you MTs have have sat in our chairs, please stop making judgments like we sit pretty.
