I didn't take your note to be dissing QA. But most of the other notes in this thread were designed to poke at QA, as if we have (had in my case) it easy. Such a misconception. Not sure where they got it from or who they think they are. They obviously haven't sat in QA's shoes. QA is held to a higher standard of MT, and trust me, it's not easy. It is a totally thankless position.
On one hand, QA is supposed to correct MTs. Then they get in trouble for being "mean." Then, QA gets marks off for NOT correcting MT.
And so I got out.
