It's showing disrespect. I am in QA and I would NEVER say that about an MT. They're frustrated, or maybe getting conflicting info, or just had a bad day (not an excuse though). Yes, some are 'crankier' than others (and honestly, they are terrible at communicating and I don't love to deal with their emails), but this business has gotten so bad. We and they are only human. MTs can half an hour on a really bad dictator, get 99% of it right and then we 'have' to correct them on the two trivial errors they made Then add in the amount of 'free' work such as demos we all have to do now, it's an industry that is so stressful on all sides.
