To add to the QA side of things, maybe something you don't know as an MT is that when a report gets pended to us for something as simple as verifying a CC recipient, if there is an error somewhere in the report that's not required to have a full review, WE are the ones who get dinged for YOUR error. Nuance goes by the last person who touches the report. We get Fiesa scores just like you do and they will not hesitate to ask to have a QA removed from an account even though the errors are yours. As it's not possible to do full reviews on each and every report, if an error slips by, your mistakes fall on our shoulders.
