Gotta love it when you get dinged points for something by one QA person, that is something other QA said is fine. Happens often at my company. I've asked questions many times via email and gotten opposing answers from "lead" QA/transcription dept. lmao

I honestly don't know how they can be riding our butts with such tight accuracy demands when their own QA people don't know the account specs.
